Introducing Coyote's new GUEST CHEF TUESDAYS!
On the second Tuesday of every month, Coyote will host a guest chef from a local restaurant
to prepare a 3-course meal for a gathering of up to 40 guests at Coyote Central.
All of the proceeds will go directly to support
scholarships for Coyote’s culinary program.
