  • Fine Italian dining on one of Seattle’s premiere floating homes!

    Enjoy an evening of fine food and wine in this artful floating home on Lake Union with a stellar view of the cityscape and Space Needle. Owners Bob and Blair have traveled through Italy many times, gathering culinary inspirations. They will prepare an authentic Italian repast for the six of you to savor with a rare water view of the city. If you’ve ever daydreamed about living on Seattle’s waterfront, here is a unique opportunity to experience what life could be like on a floating home
  • Chocolate Indulgence for 12!

    3-hour hands-on chocolate making party for 6-12 people, led by Coyote’s very own Elizabeth Peckham, proprietor of Heavenly Chocolates for 20 years. Learn how to create ganache, temper chocolate and finish truffles, working with finest grade chocolate. Your chocolate experience begins with wine and appetizers and ends with an impressive box of truffles for each participant to take home. Event will be hosted in Coyote Central’s state-of- the-art kitchen on a mutually agreeable date (preferably not a hot summer day). The only thing better than twelve friends is twelve friends with chocolate.
  • Summertime Moroccan Dinner in Denny Blaine!

    Lena and Maher Saba welcome you to their elegant Denny Blaine home to enjoy a Moroccan feast prepared by chef Julie Little. Savor the rich and exotic flavors of authentic Moroccan cuisine as you are entertained by the music and aromas of the Middle East. A classic belly dancer will perform, and even offer a lesson for anyone interested (no pressure!) Julie’s cooking and parties are legendary, and Lena’s gorgeous home is the perfect setting for a summer party that won’t soon be forgotten.
  • Portland Junket for 4 to see the Trail Blazers!

    Plan a junket to Portland with those friends you never get to see. Head south on Jan. 5th, 2018 to soak up the sights in the daytime and then watch the Portland Trail Blazers take on the Atlanta Hawks from some great seats. Overnight you’ll stay at the elegant Kimpton Hotel Monaco, and will wake up to a full day of exploring our sister city to the south.

In addition to being the founding chef of Café Flora, Plenty, and Jimmy’s Table, Jim has been a force for positive change at Lifelong Aids Alliance, the University of Washington, Bastyr University, and now as a Coyote board member. Our board chair Eric Snow will be your sommelier for the evening.
  • Toshiro Kaplan Artist’s Loft – Dinner for 12!

    Gather 12 friends for a unique dinner in a downtown loft at the Toshiro Kaplan artists’ residence. Carol Rashawnna Williams welcomes you to her artist’s loft for delectable hors d’oeuvres and a 4-course dinner catered by Chef Elon Wagoner and his apprentice crew of Coyote culinary students. As part of Coyote’s year-round culinary program, students have the opportunity to work with professional chefs at Coyote Guest Chef events and dinners like these to learn every facet of the culinary industry. Prepare to be impressed by their talents and professionalism!
  • Historic House on Whidbey Waterfront!

    Take a week away from your modern urban lives in this beautifully restored 1899 Whidbey farmhouse. With a furnished studio and potting shed plus a 2-story barn and nine acres of lawn and fields, there’s plenty of room for everyone to find peace and quiet.
